Yancey Ranch

I took a day-trip out with my friends Paul and Henry to Paul's ranch in Yancey, in Medina County, with the unexpected awaiting us at this aging property - the house Paul's grandfather built decades ago - and our itching for adventure in the bush; we blew up ant piles, investigated the antique car junk yard, and found a piece of family history escaping the changing times yet slowly weathering away.
