This taco cart at the Advanced Auto Parts store off Bandera Road serves up delicioso lengua and al pastor mini tacos (below) from 7:30 p.m. - midnight week days, and until 3 a.m. on weekends. I'm going to try their Suadero (cow thigh) and tortas next time.
